Dear Mr Mueller,
The Lions Eye Bank wishes to extend its appreciation to you for your wife, Sara's precious gift of
sight. I realize this is a difficult time for you, but I hope you are able to find some comfort knowing
that her cornea donation has given sight to two people. Both recipients owe their vision to your
wife and the special love and courage shown when you gave permission for donation. The Eye
